Prices include the cost of delivery to destinations in Europe. A small surcharge is applied to destinations outside Europe. Orders will normally be processed within 2 working days of your payment clearing.

You should receive your international order, subject to any customs delays, within 7 working days (although delivery times may vary by destination and due to any restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic).

An e-mail will be sent to confirm your payment has been processed and your order dispatched.

All works are insured to their full amount.

Once you receive your painting please check the packaging for any damage before signing the courier’s delivery note.

Goods supplied to European Union countries do not require a customs declaration.

Outside the European Union all international packages need to be accurately described with costs, on the custom declaration document.

Customs and import duties are not included. The customer is responsible for the payment of any surcharges. Any customs or import duties that are levied once the package reaches your country are out of my control so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. There could be extra delivery delays due to customs within your country.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund on returning the goods. You have a fourteen-day cooling off period after you have received your painting in which to notify me that you no longer want it. This however does not apply to commission work.

You must inform me by e-mail of your decision to return the goods. The artwork must be returned to me in fully saleable condition. You will have fourteen days after receipt of your order to hand over the painting to the delivery company who is going to return the goods to me. The painting must be packed carefully using the outward packaging and you might wish to consider insuring it as it will not be possible to offer a refund or replacement for any goods which are damaged during return transit.

Once I have received the returned item in good condition, I guarantee to refund 100% of the artwork’s purchase price. However, your postage expenses are non-refundable.

You must make a note of any damage on the delivery record. If you do not the couriers will argue that the shipment was delivered in good condition. In order for them to consider a claim for damage, the content, original shipping carton and packing must be available for inspection. If you do not follow this procedure, I cannot be held liable for compensating you for the damage.

If the package has suffered shipping damage:

  • Contact me immediately by email,

  • Take pictures,

  • Contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report,

  • Keep the original shipping carton and packaging for the shipping company to inspect,

  • Request that the shipping company return the painting.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before I have handed it over to the delivery company, then I will need to charge the fee that the bank/Pay-Pal charges me. This will not apply to commissions.
